AAIM Employers’ Association formed in 2009 with the merger of St. Louis’ AAIM Management Association and the Peoria, Illinois Employers’ Association. Together our members represent the best of Missouri and Illinois business and industry. Our nearly 1600 members are a diverse group in terms of size, type, and location, but they all share one common goal: to elevate their talent and to deliver an exceptional return on their most important investment.
