About the Speaker
Paul Rowson is the Managing Director of the WorldatWork Washington, D.C. Office and Conference Center. He is a seasoned human resources professional, with excellent executive leadership experience in both private and public sector markets. Prior to his current position, Rowson held senior HR leadership positions at Fannie Mae, Alexus International and Marriott International. Rowson was a member of Secretary of Labor Robert Reich’s Commission on Achieving Necessary Skills, and served as ad hoc committee member and advisor to the Director of Civil Rights. He is a frequent guest on Federal News Radio and has been quoted in the Washington Post, Wall Street Journal, Money, Workforce Management, Employee Benefit News, and Reuters TV on topics ranging from employee engagement to leadership development. Paul is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and Work-Life Certified Professional (WLCP).
